What courses are you studying at Kendal College?
A Levels in: Law, Psychology, and English.

Why did you choose these courses?
I’ve always had a strong interest in psychology and, ideally, want to be a forensic psychologist.

Why did you choose Kendal College?
Originally I went to 6th Form, however it wasn’t for me. I decided to come to college because it looked more flexible & enjoyable – and not like school.

Is College like you had expected. If not, why?

What do you most enjoy about College life?
Being treated like an adult.

What opportunities have you had as a student at the College?
I’m a student rep and have helped set up a LGBT + group at college.

What is the teaching style like on your course?
Excellent. Students are treated like adults, we call tutors by their first names and learn a lot.

Can you describe a typical day at College?
Each day is different, that’s why it’s fun!

How would you describe your College experience so far?
Really good!

What are you hoping to do after College?
I want to go to Uni and study either Psychology or Law. I then want to go on to be a forensic psychologist.

What facilities do you use regularly at the College?
The Library.

If you could give one piece of advice to people considering College to study A-Levels, what would it be?
Pick subjects you really enjoy doing.

Would you recommend Kendal College to others?
Yes, definitely.
